Backstory: When I was growing up, arcades were awesome! I made friends there and spent hours playing video games. Arcades have faded with the rise of consoles. Bringing back the community with a VR/AR arcade would be great.

The Idea: A VR/AR arcade.

Deep Dive: You may be able to find a startup or tech company that has extra space you can rent to get this started cheaply. You would only need to purchase a few computers and VR devices and download a few games.

Validation: These are really popular overseas in China and Japan.

Monetization: You would charge an entrance fee and/or per hour fee per customer.
