The Idea: A VR/AR skype meeting portal.

Deep Dive: This task is quite daunting, you would have to build hardware and software to support AR/VR meetings. You would give users the ability to draw on documents and whiteboards using AR.

Additionally you could add stereo sound so users can feel like they're in the room with their co-workers.

Validation: We'd enjoy using this and from a quick google search it looks like a few companies are working on some prototypes.

Monetization: Similar to skype and other SASS applications, you would charge a monthly fee for companies. You could offer a free cheap/limited plan.
