The Idea: A service that helps deliver perishable items to their final destination.

Deep Dive: You would build a service for food companies to sign up and ship their items to a local warehouse for deliveries in cities. By shipping large amounts in bulk, they would save on shipping and your delivery service would coordinate the best routes to save on the overall deliver. This may only work in larger cities with high population density to make the number of deliveries per delivery person, very high.

Validation: Territory meals, a meal delivery service, already does this on their own.

Monetization: You would charge a per item delivery fee.
