Backstory: A few months back I went looking for office space, one of the offices had been empty for months. Unused space that the management company could rent out.

The Idea: A platform that connects people with short term, unused office space.

Deep Dive: You would build a simple site where someone could post the office space and people could sign up to use the space until it's rented. The management's goal is to get the place filled with a 5-7 year tenant but if you offered a hands free service where you facilitated the month to month renters, cleaning and any other management items, it would be a win-win for both parties.

Validation: Find an empty space and pose the idea to a landlord. While we were out looking for new space, there was one office that had one person just randomly working in this 6,200+ sqft place.

Monetization: You would split the profits from the renters with the management company.
