Backstory: Pet ownership is on the rise and people are spending more and more on their pets.

The Idea: A premium door to door dog care service.

Deep Dive: This is a very niche market for someone who lives in a large city, owns a dog and likes to walk them to work. The idea is that you would meet them at work and have either a van or walk the dog to your daycare. The customer could request to pick up their dog and you would deliver the dog outside of their work.

You could do something like uber pickup where you would drive around and pick up the customer's dog and drop them off when requested.

Validation: People spend big $$ taking care of their dogs and there are already premium dog care services with parks/playgrounds for dogs.

Monetization: You would take a percentage of the fee for boarding/taking care of the dog per day. Once you scale you could build a platform for people to sign up as dog care givers (similar to uber) and take a cut.
