Backstory: I love meeting new business professionals in my local area. Meetups can be hit or miss, it's hard to tell who is actually going to show up until you arrive.

The Idea: An app that lets you meet local business professionals.

Deep Dive: You would build a mobile app for users to fill out an in-depth profile depicting their fields of expertise, years of experience and criteria they're looking for when matching with someone else.

Rather than a quick swipe left or right, users would have to read through a quick profile summary before deciding they want to meet.

Validation: To prove out this idea you could get a few friends to fill out a typeform given your criteria. You could then manually find a match and set up a coffee meeting and see how it goes.

Monetization: You could partner with a local coffee shop for advertisement and/or deals to send users to those shops.
