Backstory: Being a homeowner can be painful, time-consuming, and expensive. Cleaning, maintenance, repairs, lawncare...there's just so many things that need to get done. If you want to get any of these things done, you usually need to find a different company to do each task.

The Idea: A concierge service to make homeownership less of a burden. You would simply be the intermediary between the homeowner and all of these services. The service would provide the clients with experts for anything that they need done, find the best deals for clients, and save clients time.

Deep Dive: We think that the most important part of this businesses' success is to create value for both parties. You can do this by negotiating lower rates for your concierge clients, while providing experts with more work. Also, if you're going to do this, start small. You could start with being a home concierge for just maintenance and repairs.

Validation: This idea is not validated. However, CarDash does this for the automotive industry.

Monetization: There are a few different ways to monetize this idea:

  1. Charge a few extra percent that the industry experts bill you.
  2. Create an annual membership that gives access to all of the services. They'd still pay for each service individually, but you would find and schedule all of the work for them for the entire year.
