Backstory: It's been cold here in Baltimore... single digits earlier this week. It's been a while since I've ridden my bike and it got me thinking about an idea to keep myself warm while riding.

The Idea: A heated bike seat.

Deep Dive: You would build an universal seat cover that uses a coil to heat the bike seat. The power for the seat could be pulled from the bike's movement. There would be no need to charge anything or worry about batteries dying.

Validation: Cars have heated seats.

Monetization: This is a straight ecommerce play, you have to watch your margins!
