Deep Dive: Your value to companies is to eliminate any stress and time spent coordinating lunches on a recurring basis. You would charge a set fee on top of the delivery and food cost. As you progress you could offer additional value by providing team activities or sponsored speakers to give a quick presentation to teams during lunch.

Validation: We've had friends and past colleagues speak as domain experts to our team about certain topics. Additionally, we use our team lunches to improve and build culture with various activities.

Monetization: You would charge a set fee on top of the food delivery and raw cost. Any additional services would be upsells and provide additional streams of revenue.
