Backstory: Coworking is becoming more popular among startups, it provides a great sense of community to meet others and with monthly billing, you move to a bigger or smaller office as needed. Freelancers don't have much of an option other than wide open spaces that can become more of a distraction than a quiet place to work.

The Idea: Offer a spot in your house for someone to cowork with you.

Deep Dive: You would build a platform for people to post their office space, a bit about themselves and what kind of person they're looking for. This can also be used to network and try to find a business partner that fits with your skills.

Validation: I got this idea from a facebook post from someone working from home that asked if anyone wanted to work together.

Monetization: You could charge a monthly fee to post or a single fee for each open location/spot.
