Backstory: Some late nights I get in the zone while others I need a some motivation. Rather than doing the work I set out to do, I brainstormed ways to find inspiration..

The Idea: A 24 hour coworking space.

Deep Dive: Similar to a 24 hour fitness, you would build a keycard access coworking space that is open 24/7. There would be less amenities but the key feature would be 24/7 access.

Validation: Wework has proved coworking can be a multi-billon dollar business. There's room for other similar alternatives.

Monetization: You would charge a monthly fee or you could experiment with charging per swipe/access.
